Belle Madame Go is for sale.  She had a healthy filly on 3/30/12 by Hofherr.  Madame will have to stay on the farm until August 2012, when we wean the foal, but we are happy to breed her for you to one of our stallions, or any stallion of your choice.  (breeding fee not included in her price.)  Price: $5000  (Pictures of Madame’s offspring at bottom of page.)

 

She has one approved son, Blitzlicht, and produces strong foals with good toplines, big movement, and powerful hindquarters.  Belle Madame is a perfect broodmare to pair with either dressage or jumping bloodlines.

 

Madame is approved and registered in the “Official Stud Book” in Germany (Trakehner Verband) and America (American Trakehner Association).   She was reserve champion at her German mare inspection, where she scored well with her lowest score 7 and her highest 9.

 

She was imported in 2005, in foal to our Premium stallion Blitz und Donner *E* (who was imported in the same year as Madame).  This foal grew up to be an outstanding young stud, named Blitzlicht, who is now an approved stallion.

 

Belle Madame’s sire is the well know stallion, Maizauber, who was shown up to grand prix dressage and produced many premium mares and approved sons.  Maizauber’s offspring have proven to be very competitive in dressage as well as show jumping and eventing, including Belle Madame’s full brother, the approved show jumper Bel Espace Go, who is standing for stud and showing in Germany.  Here is more information about him:  http://www.trakehnergestuet-gorlo.de/content.aspx?contid=46

 

Before Madame became a broodmare in Germany, she was a riding horse who did both dressage and jumping.   Her great ridability, fluid movement and kind manner made her a fun companion for any professional or amature.   At the end of her riding carreer she developed a very slight stringhalt.  This is nothing what can be passed on to her offspring but it would reduce the score if Madame would be shown in dressage.  Price: $5,ooo
